Darnte is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim strength, confidence, and control—both physically and mentally.

PPB Training

​For Darnte, training at PPB goes far beyond traditional fitness. His approach is built on a foundation of elite-level experience and academic rigor, holding a University degree in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning, alongside qualifications in Sports Massage.

​Darnte’s journey began on the track as a National Level Triple Jumper (2010–2016), where he competed internationally and learned firsthand what it takes to perform under pressure, working alongside elite athletes and Olympic Level coaches. However, it was his 14+ years of coaching that truly shaped his philosophy. He realized that while performance and aesthetics have their place, the true heart of fitness is empowerment.

​PPB Training was born from this realization. Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time, returning after a long hiatus, or navigating complex life changes, Darnte uses his deep understanding of human mechanics and athlete-level discipline to create a space where you are supported, understood, and—above all—safe.

A Space for Everyone

Darnte understands that the hardest part of training is often just walking through the door. He specializes in supporting individuals through diverse journeys, including:

  • Post-surgery recovery and injury rehabilitation.
  • Navigating the physical shifts of menopause.
  • Living and moving with MS or learning disabilities.
  • Rebuilding confidence after difficult or traumatic life experiences.

By offering one-to-one coaching in a private, focused environment, Darnte removes the noise, intimidation, and pressure of a commercial gym. Each program is custom-built with a clear structure, safe progression, and a deep commitment to your long-term holistic wellness.

A Trauma-Aware, Person-Centered Approach

Darnte believes true strength is a four-fold foundation:

  1. Physical Resilience: Building a body that can handle life’s demands.
  2. Emotional Confidence: Trusting yourself and your capabilities again.
  3. Mental Clarity: Using movement to clear the fog and find focus.
  4. Environmental Safety: Training in a space where you feel truly secure.

To provide the highest level of care, PPB Training works in close partnership with Liz Hoyt, a specialist in coercive control. This collaboration ensures a trauma-aware, person-centered approach, allowing Darnte to support not just your physical development, but your personal growth and emotional rebuilding with professional sensitivity.
